No fluff. You’ll walk away from every session with insight, clarity, and actionable steps toward your goals.
✔ Support Between Sessions
I’m here to support your continued progress, not just during our sessions.
How Your First Session Works
Your first call is a complimentary discovery session, and it’s designed to help you feel informed and comfortable.
During this call, we will:
- Talk about where you are right now
- Identify the areas you want to improve
- Explore which coaching approach is the best fit
- Answer any questions you have
- Determine if we’re the right match to work together
There’s no pressure — just a genuine conversation focused on you.
How to Prepare for Your Discovery Call
Preparing ahead helps us maximize our time together and gives you more clarity during the conversation.
Here’s a simple checklist to help you get the most out of your first session.
📋 Pre-Call Checklist
1. Reflect on What You Want to Improve
Write down 2–3 areas of your life where you feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for change.
2. Identify Your Top Goal
Consider what you’d love to achieve in the next 3–12 months.
(Just a quick bullet point list is perfect.)
3. Note Your Current Challenges
Think about:
- What’s slowing you down?
- What’s stressing you?
- What’s unclear?
Even simple notes help.
4. Clarify What You Hope Coaching Will Do for You
Examples:
- Gain confidence
- Reduce stress
- Get direction
- Improve habits
- Build momentum
- Improve relationship
5. Choose a Quiet Space for the Call
You’ll get more out of the conversation if you’re able to focus without interruption.
💬 Helpful Questions to Ask Me
Here are some questions clients often ask during a discovery session — feel free to use any that feel helpful:
- “How do you structure your coaching sessions?”
- “Which coaching method do you think fits me best?”
- “What results have your clients experienced?”
- “What happens between sessions?”
- “How long does a typical coaching process last?”
- “How will I know coaching is working?”
Bring your own questions, too — nothing is off limits.
Your Coaching Options
When you’re ready to take the next step in your journey, I offer two pathways designed to support your personal growth. You can explore them at your own pace and choose the path that feels right for you, whenever you’re ready to move forward. And if you decide not to move forward at this time, that’s completely okay. You’re always welcome to revisit your options when the time feels right.
🔹 The Foundation Method™
Discover your core values → clarify goals → create an action plan → complete meaningful achievements.
🔹 The Four Pillars Program™
Strengthen passion → reduce stress → improve problem-solving → build career momentum.
We’ll discuss both and choose the one that aligns with your needs.
Before You Get Started
Once you schedule your discovery call, you’ll receive:
